Role Overview: As a Media Buyer at Bforbranding, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads. You will work on diverse campaigns across industries, ensuring that every dollar spent brings measurable results in terms of conversions, lead generation, and return on ad spend (ROAS). This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to stay ahead of the curve on platform updates, trends, and best practices. Your ultimate goal will be to drive scalable, high-performing campaigns that meet client objectives and continuously improve over time. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies for Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, aligned with client objectives and KPIs. - Optimize campaign performance by adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, and creative elements to maximize results. - Collaborate with the content team to create effective and engaging ad creatives, ensuring they resonate with the target audience. - Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to improve ROI and meet KPIs. - A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to identify the best-performing combinations. - Utilize advanced audience segmentation and remarketing strategies to drive higher engagement and conversions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of success in driving conversions and meeting KPIs. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads (Facebook, Instagram). - In-depth understanding of ad targeting, retargeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies. - Strong proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other related tools. - Strong ability to analyze performance data and identify trends, optimizations, and insights. - Ability to collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives that align with campaign goals and perform well across platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and presenting findings to clients.
