Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering CPL (Cost Per Lead) and CPS (Cost Per Sale) website campaigns. Recruit and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and partners focused on CPL/CPS models. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to drive high-quality leads and sales. Communicate upcoming promotions, offers, and optimization strategies to affiliates and publishers. Monitor, analyze, and optimize daily CPL/CPS campaign performance to meet KPIs and revenue targets. Manage budgets, commission structures, and overall spend across CPL/CPS campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Identify trends and new opportunities in CPL/CPS performance marketing to enhance results. Ensure compliance and quality control for leads and sales generated through the network. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience in CPL, CPS, or performance-based affiliate marketing. Strong understanding of performance marketing models, publisher recruitment, and campaign management. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
