Tele Caller Executive - Credit Card

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Noida. The role involves promoting and selling credit card products over the phone, handling customer queries, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell credit card products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and convincingly.
• Address customer questions and resolve queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of telesales experience (credit card/financial product sales preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
• Goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving targets.
• Basic knowledge of banking/credit card products is an advantage.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,355.64 per month
