Key Responsibilities
:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies for
Facebook Ads
and Google Ads
campaigns, aligned with client objectives and KPIs. - Optimize campaign performance by adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, and creative elements to maximize results.
- Collaborate with the content team to create effective and engaging ad creatives, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
Campaign Management & Optimization
:- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize
Facebook Ads
and Google Ads
campaigns to improve ROI and meet KPIs. - A/B test
ad creatives, copy
, and targeting
to identify the best-performing combinations. - Utilize advanced audience segmentation and
remarketing
strategies to drive higher engagement and conversions.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and measure campaign performance using
Google Analytics
, Facebook Ads Manager
, and other analytics tools. - Generate regular
reports
on campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. - Provide clear recommendations to clients and internal teams based on data-driven decisions.
Budget & Cost Management
:- Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns stay within allocated spend and deliver optimal results.
- Monitor cost-per-click (CPC),
cost-per-conversion
(CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
to ensure efficient use of budget.
Client Interaction & Collaboration
- Serve as the primary media buying contact for clients, discussing strategy, performance, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, and strategy to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives.
Trend Monitoring & Professional Development
:- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in
paid social media
and search engine marketing
. - Attend webinars, conferences, and workshops to expand your knowledge of digital marketing, while sharing your insights with the team.
Skills & Qualifications
:
Experience
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in managing Facebook Ads
and Google Ads
campaigns, with a proven track record of success in driving conversions and meeting KPIs. - Hands-on experience with
Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads
(Facebook, Instagram). - In-depth understanding of
ad targeting, retargeting, audience segmentation
, and bidding strategies
. - Ability to create
compelling ad creatives
and adapt them to different platforms and audience segments.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in
Facebook Ads Manager
, Google Ads
, Google Analytics
, Google Tag Manager
, and other related tools. - Understanding of
conversion tracking
, pixel setup
, and campaign measurement
. - Experience with

, and using data to optimize ads.
Analytical Skills
