About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to join our team and scale customer acquisition for our D2C brand. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms, with a focus on delivering strong ROI and sustainable growth.

Location: Pune (No remote Opportunities)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.

• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, placements, and audiences to optimize campaign performance.

• Analyze campaign data to generate insights and make data-backed decisions.

• Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to meet CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.

• Identify new paid channels, tools, and strategies for scaling.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.

• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. 

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in media buying, preferably with a D2C or e-commerce brand.

• Proven track record of managing and scaling ad spends profitably.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with tracking tools (Pixel, GA4, CAPI, etc.).

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable strategies.

• Creative eye for evaluating ad copy and visual assets.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
