Media Buyer (Meta Ads Specialist) – Performance-Driven | Long-Term Opportunity

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

complete ownership

setup to daily optimization.

CBO/ABO structures

brands.

minimum 2x ROAS

segmentation, and offer optimization.

trends, performance gaps, and scaling

opportunities.

hooks, creatives, and ad angles

creative team.

budget pacing, CTR, CPA, and frequency

performance reports and insights

compliant with Meta Ad Policies.

● Manage retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion funnels effectively.

algorithm changes, ad trends, and platform updates to

keep results strong and scalable.


🧠 Required Skills & Mindset:

● Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience running profitable Meta Ads.

2x–2.5x ROAS

product niches.

read metrics, pivot fast, and scale

winners.

campaign structuring, pixel tracking, and

attribution models.

creative testing, ad copy strategy, and funnel

optimization.

● Self-driven, proactive, and accountable — treats campaigns like their own

business.

● Strong communication and reporting discipline.


⏰ Work Hours:

Monday to Saturday (remote role).

2–3 strategic check-ins per week.

● Immediate availability preferred.
