  Systems & Automation Strategist

   — someone who thinks in frameworks, designs processes
• visually, and leverages automation to make the entire organization run smoothly and efficiently. 

Role Overview

• This role goes beyond operations — it’s for someone who loves building order from chaos.
• You’ll design systems, document workflows, visualize processes in 

  Miro

  , and automate recurring operations using modern tools.
• You’ll work directly with the leadership team to ensure that every project, department, and process runs with precision, clarity, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Optimization

• Design and visualize workflows, process maps, and frameworks using 

  Miro

  .
• Build and document operational systems and SOPs in 

  Notion, Asana, or Airtable.

• Connect multiple tools into a single, structured execution system.
• Continuously refine systems to improve speed, accountability, and clarity.

Automation & Integration

• Automate repetitive tasks using 

  Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Google Apps Script.

• Create seamless connections between apps like Asana, Notion, Google Sheets, and Slack.
• Identify inefficiencies and build intelligent automation pipelines to save time and improve accuracy.

Execution & Coordination

• Manage recurring operational dashboards and reports.
• Support leadership in implementing high-impact initiatives.
• Track KPIs and ensure every system runs in alignment with company goals.
• Train team members on using newly implemented systems and automations.

Tools & Skills You Should Master

• Process Mapping:

  Miro

• Project Management:

   Asana / ClickUp / Notion / Airtable

• Automation:

  Zapier, Make (Integromat), Google Apps Script

• Data & Reporting:

   Google Sheets (advanced formulas preferred)

• Communication:

  Slack, Gmail, Google Meet

• Bonus:

   Understanding of digital businesses, AI tools, or eCommerce workflows

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years of experience in system design, operations, or automation.
• Strong visual and structural thinking — loves mapping and organizing workflows.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Passionate about improving processes and building scalable systems.
