Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at XScale Media, you will be responsible for converting warm leads (from our marketing funnels and outreach systems) into paying clients. You’ll handle discovery calls, present our solutions, negotiate terms, and ensure clients feel confident in working with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads provided by the marketing & business development team.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and goals.
• Present tailored solutions (funnels, ads, automation) and explain ROI clearly.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact → proposal → negotiation → closing.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up consistently.
• Work closely with the Client Success & Delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency space).
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and position solutions effectively.
• Comfortable handling objections and negotiating deals.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
• Basic knowledge of sales funnels, digital ads, or automation is a plus (training will be provided).
