We’re Hiring: Remote Sales Closer (Full-Time) Earning Potential: ₹60,000–₹2L+/month Compensation: Purely Commission-Based (No base salary) Location: 100% Remote Sales Type: High-Ticket | Warm Inbound | Growth-Focused About the Role We’re hiring a full-time, remote Sales Closer to join our team at 1% Realtors Club - India’s fastest growing real estate success community. You’ll speak with inbound leads who have already shown interest and already know about us well. Your job is to understand their goals , identify their blockers, and guide them toward enrolling - if it’s the right fit. You'll also have the opportunity to offer marketing services (via WeeWin Media) when the client needs brand support, growth, or lead generation. This is not a freelance or part-time gig . We’re looking for someone who treats sales like a profession - and every call like a chance to change a life. Your Mission Close ₹5L–₹12L/month in revenue Take 4–6 qualified sales calls/day (100–120 calls/month) Maintain a 10–20%+ live close rate on Zoom Re-engage pipeline leads & generate 10–20 self-sourced calls/month (optional, with bonus incentives) Track all updates in CRM and follow our sales process Join daily huddles, coaching reviews & training sessions Compensation Commission Only : 10–15% on Cash Collecte d Payouts every 30 days Extra bonuses for paid-in-full deals, outbound call wins, Up-sells, and team challenges Earning Example: 10 Closures → ₹5L → ₹60K–₹80K 20 Closures → ₹10L → ₹1.5L–₹2L+ No income cap — your consistency and skills define your earnings. (Our Avg. closer makes around 1L/month and best closers make 2-2.5L+/month) Weekly Rhythm Daily Huddle : 10:00 AM IST (Tue–Sun) Sales Call Blocks : 10:30 AM – 8 PM IST Daily Training Clinics : To sharpen your sales game (Optional but recommend) End-of-Day Report submission + CRM Updates and group communication daily What We’re Looking For Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferably high-ticket or consultative) Fluent in English + Hindi Strong presence on Zoom calls: confident, calm, and clear communicator Able to handle objections and ask great discovery questions Full time commitment (48–54 hours/week) Hungry to grow fast in a performance-first team Coachable, empathetic and growth oriented.
