Account Manager

As a Client Success Manager at an early-stage startup specializing in AI-native ecommerce technology, your role will be crucial in serving as the primary point of contact between clients and our Creative Ops/AI teams. Your responsibilities will focus on managing client relationships for AI-driven creative deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include onboarding new clients by gathering briefs, clarifying objectives, setting timelines, and defining success metrics for AI-driven creative services. You will maintain regular communication with clients through status updates, feedback sessions, and reporting on deliverables. It will be your responsibility to translate client requirements into clear internal briefs for Prompt Engineers, designers, and QA teams, and to manage project timelines and resource allocation efficiently. Monitoring deliverable quality and performance against agreed metrics, facilitating feedback loops, identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts, and preparing reports or presentations for clients will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will maintain documentation of client preferences, brand guidelines, and past iterations to streamline future engagements, acting as an advocate for clients internally. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong organizational abilities, an understanding of AI-driven creative workflows, an analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to working across teams. It would be advantageous to have prior experience in agency or client-facing roles delivering creative/marketing services, familiarity with e-commerce clients or digital marketing contexts, a basic understanding of prompt engineering or generative AI model behavior, and experience with project management tools and reporting dashboards.
