Account Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage client communication, requirements, and expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Business Analysts, Project Coordinators, Developers, QA)
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure timely billing, payment follow-ups, and contract compliance
  • Handle change requests, scope discussions, and renewals
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and account reports
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship building


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role
  • Experience in IT services, web, or mobile application development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Understanding of project management and SDLC concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with international clients
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Basic technical understanding of web and mobile technologies
