Job Description

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Manage client communication, requirements, and expectations
Coordinate with internal teams (Business Analysts, Project Coordinators, Developers, QA)
Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure timely billing, payment follow-ups, and contract compliance
Handle change requests, scope discussions, and renewals
Prepare proposals, estimates, and account reports
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship building

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
2–5 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role
Experience in IT services, web, or mobile application development
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Understanding of project management and SDLC concepts
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with international clients
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Basic technical understanding of web and mobile technologies
