Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Freelance E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our seller accounts across multiple marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full account management for Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller panels.

• Handling product listings (Single & Bulk), cataloging, and inventory updates.

• Managing pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional campaigns.

• Monitoring account health, resolving claims/tickets, and managing returns.

• Analyzing sales reports to suggest growth strategies.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in E-commerce account management.

• Skills: Expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for products and running marketplace ads (PPC).

• Working Mode: Freelance / Part-time (Hybrid/Remote).

• Must have a deep understanding of marketplace algorithms and seller policies
