InCommon is hiring on behalf of an AI-first commerce startup building agents that power the next generation of eCommerce brands. Location: Bangalore (In-office) Experience: 2–4 years Reports to: Creative Director About the Role You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and product/design teams to craft high-quality visual assets across product, brand, and marketing. From retouching and clean-ups to creative composites and campaign visuals, your work will help define the visual polish of everything we ship. This is a hands-on role for someone who sweats the small stuff—lighting, alignment, consistency—and knows how to move fast without compromising craft. What You’ll Do Retouch and edit AI-generated and product imagery Create cleanups, composites, and mockups Maintain visual consistency across catalog, marketing, and brand Design thumbnails, banners, and social assets based on briefs Collaborate with design/product teams to align on brand guidelines Organize and manage visual asset libraries and export specs Optimize images for web/mobile performance What You’ll Need 2–4 years of experience in Photoshop editing / retouching / design Strong portfolio across product and creative visual work Expert in Photoshop; comfortable with Illustrator or Figma Eye for precision—color, lighting, alignment, polish Experience with eCommerce-ready, web-optimized creatives Able to work fast, independently, and with high quality standards Good to Have Experience with D2C or eCommerce brands Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Photoshop AI, DALL·E Understanding of layout, typography, or motion graphics Exposure to high-growth startups or founder-led teams What You’ll Work On Product and catalog imagery AI-generated content Marketing banners and landing pages Social media creatives and internal campaigns Show more Show less
