Job Purpose: To lead and manage the sales operations for the personal car segment, ensuring achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, team performance, and strategic growth of the brand in the designated territory or dealership. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Management Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for personal vehicles. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies. Develop and implement sales plans and promotional activities. Track and manage vehicle inventory and optimize stock levels. 2. Team Leadership Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Set individual sales targets and provide guidance and support to achieve them. 3. Customer Relationship Management Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective sales consultations and after-sales follow-up. Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally. Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. 4. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share with management. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory. Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations. 5. Coordination Liaise with marketing, service, finance, and insurance departments for seamless customer experience. Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for promotional offers, vehicle deliveries, and stock availability. Key Skills and Competencies: Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the personal car segment. Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Good understanding of CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., DMS). Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
