Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Personal Car Segment

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Location: BHUBANESWAR (MANCHESWAR)

Job Purpose:

To achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling personal cars to retail customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong post-sales relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Target Achievement
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly retail sales targets.
  • Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, tele-calling, referrals, and field visits.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives for prospective customers.
  • Customer Handling
  • Greet and assist customers courteously in the showroom and field.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models and variants.
  • Negotiate pricing, financing, exchange, and delivery terms to close sales.
  • Documentation & Coordination
  • Complete all booking, finance, insurance, and RTO documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate with accounts, delivery, and accessories teams for smooth handover.
  • Maintain updated sales records and follow dealership CRM protocols.
  • Market & Product Knowledge
  • Stay updated on product specifications, features, competitor models, and pricing.
  • Attend product training sessions and dealership meetings regularly.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Ensure timely follow-up with inquiries and prospects.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally and promptly.
  • Reporting & MIS
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Update lead status and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualification: Graduate (Preferred in Marketing / Business Administration)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in automobile sales (preferably in passenger car segment)

Performance Indicators (KRA):

  • Monthly retail sales achievement
  • Customer satisfaction score (CSI)
  • Lead conversion ratio
  • Repeat and referral business contribution
  • Timely documentation and delivery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
