Job Description – Digital Lead Manager (Automobile Dealership)

Position Title: Digital Lead Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing / Digital Operations

Reporting To: General Manager – Sales & Marketing / CFO / Dealer Principal

Location: Bhubaneswar / Cuttack

Job Purpose:

To manage and optimise all digital marketing and lead generation activities of the dealership, ensuring high-quality online leads, effective digital engagement, and measurable conversion into sales.

Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and OEM digital platforms for online lead generation.
  • Coordinate with OEM CRM (e.g., Tata Motors DMS / Dealer Management System) to monitor lead inflow and response time.
  • Create, manage, and optimise paid campaigns for targeted reach and high-quality leads.
  • Track, analyse, and report lead performance metrics (cost per lead, conversion ratio, ROI).

2. Lead Management & Conversion

  • Ensure timely allocation of digital leads to sales teams across branches.
  • Monitor and improve lead response time and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with Branch Sales Managers to track conversion of leads into bookings and deliveries.
  • Conduct regular reviews on lead quality, source performance, and sales follow-ups.

3. Social Media & Online Presence

  • Maintain an active and engaging social media presence across platforms.
  • Create digital content and promotional campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
  • Manage online reputation through customer feedback, reviews, and digital responses.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the OEM digital marketing team for campaign approvals and performance analysis.
  • Share weekly and monthly digital performance reports with management.
  • Ensure budget utilisation and adherence to dealership marketing standards.

5. Innovation & Strategy

  • Identify new digital tools, local SEO strategies, and partnership opportunities for online visibility.
  • Recommend improvements in website UX/UI, WhatsApp integration, and virtual communication tools.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and digital analytics tools.
  • Experience with CRM / DMS platforms (automobile preferred).
  • Excellent communication, data analysis, and coordination skills.
  • Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Digital Media preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3–7 years in digital marketing; experience in automobile dealership or agency handling auto clients preferred.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead-to-booking conversion ratio.
  • Lead response time improvement.
  • Cost per qualified lead (CPL).
  • Digital engagement growth (website visits, social reach).

Remuneration:

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
