We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads
Drive high-intent real estate leads and improve CPL, CPA, and ROI
Create, manage & optimize landing pages, ad creatives & audience targeting
Implement A/B testing on ads, creatives, and funnels
Monitor daily campaign performance & make data-driven decisions
Coordinate with creative & sales teams for campaign alignment
Build weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards
Track lead quality and coordinate with CRM/tele-sales team
Stay updated with latest digital marketing & real-estate marketing trends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
