We’re a small, focused team building a company where people actually want to work and grow. The Role We’re hiring a technical recruiter to join the core team. You’ll work directly with the founders to run end-to-end hiring across a range of roles—from engineering to operations. This is a high-ownership, learning-intensive role. You’ll be expected to think for yourself, move fast, and care deeply about quality and fit—not just filling roles. We don’t expect prior recruitment experience. We’re looking for someone smart, organized, and curious—who can spot talent, communicate clearly, and build efficient systems from scratch. What You’ll Do Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing Work across roles and functions—tech, product, operations, and more Build and improve internal systems (e.g., outreach cadences, pipelines, reporting) Communicate proactively with hiring managers and candidates Maintain strong judgment on speed vs. quality trade-offs Track key metrics and continuously improve processes Who You Are A structured thinker who enjoys solving ambiguous problems Comfortable with high-context environments and taking initiative without handholding Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and eager to learn on the job Able to balance precision with pace—quality without friction Clear and empathetic communicator Driven by impact and excited to be part of a small, sharp team Show more Show less
