Job Description

Senior Process Analyst

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Trivandrum

Major Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of QMS frameworks aligned with ISO 27001 and other relevant standards
Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and internal audits to ensure compliance with information security and quality protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, refine, and optimize business processes
Develop and deliver training programs on QMS policies and ISO 27001 requirements
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process quality and compliance
Support external audits and certification processes, acting as a subject matter expert
Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure version control across all process assets

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in process analysis and QMS implementation
Certification in ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor preferred
Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is a plus
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Audit & Compliance
: Internal audit planning, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), risk-based thinking, non-conformance management
Documentation & Control
: SOP creation, process maps, version control systems, document lifecycle management
Metrics & Reporting
: KPI dashboards, process maturity assessments, quality scorecards
Software Proficiency
: MS Excel (advanced), SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Power BI
Security & Risk Alignment
: Understanding of ISMS frameworks, data classification, access control policies, and risk registers
