Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Process Analyst, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing process changes, and managing business process documentation. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to communicate process changes and ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of Business Processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Relevant certification in process management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in US healthcare RCM/AR process.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
• Experience with payer portals (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercials).
• Experience using billing platforms like Epic, or similar.

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret EOBs, denials, and remittance advice.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
