Senior Process Analyst

You will be responsible for monitoring various sites such as convenience stores and gas stations for our end clients and customers. Additionally, you will assist employees located overseas remotely either via phone or camera. Your role will involve creating reports on any suspicious activities observed at the remote sites or concerning customers present on the premises. As a virtual supervisor, you will ensure the safety of overseas employees and prompt them to complete assigned tasks. Furthermore, you will be tasked with generating incident videos and verifying that analyst reports meet the required standards. - Graduated - 2-4 years of experience in working on large scale projects - Basic computer skills are a prerequisite as all tasks are computer-based - Proficient communication skills in English, with knowledge of Punjabi being preferred - Self-motivated and eager to learn Please note the shift timings available for this role: - Morning Shift: 7am to 4pm (Both Female & Male candidates preferred) - Evening Shift: 2pm to 11pm (Both Female & Male candidates preferred) - Night Shift: 10pm to 7am (Only Male candidates preferred),
