About the Job As we expand our footprint into India, we're looking for a dynamic Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead full-funnel, data-driven marketing initiatives and ensure the Driven brand makes a powerful impression in this new market. This is a hands-on, strategic role that demands deep experience in performance marketing, campaign management, and digital tools. Role Overview This standalone role is perfect for a highly analytical and creative marketer with deep expertise in Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising, as well as email marketing, marketing automation, and landing page optimization. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing paid and owned media campaigns while closely tracking KPIs and driving measurable business results. Though you'll work independently on the ground in India, you’ll have the full support and collaboration of the Dubai HQ marketing team. Key Responsibilities Campaign Creation, Execution & Optimization Plan, create, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads Set up tracking, conversion goals, A/B testing, and bidding strategies to improve performance Analyze data and adjust campaigns based on performance KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions Landing Page Management Develop and optimize high-converting landing pages tailored to campaign goals and Indian market nuances Basic design and development to test layouts. Email Marketing & Automation Design and execute targeted email blasts and newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Mailmodo Implement automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention Manage and segment email databases for personalized communications Analytics & Tools Use GA4, and other tools (e.g., Tag Manager, Data Studio) to monitor and report on campaign performance Track full-funnel metrics to understand user behavior, attribution, and ROI Generate regular insights and reports for internal stakeholders Organic & Owned Channels Manage content calendar and organic posting across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Respond to engagement, comments, and direct messages to grow brand presence Produce and publish content including short-form videos, reels, graphics, and basic edits Direct Communication Channels Create and manage WhatsApp broadcasts, SMS campaigns. Automate and track engagement and lead generation from WhatsApp and SMS campaigns. Market Awareness & Brand Consistency Act as the brand guardian in India, ensuring voice and messaging remain consistent Liaise regularly with Dubai HQ for brand strategy, campaign alignment, and creative support Stay on top of trends, competitor research, and customer insights in the Indian market Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing. Real estate experience is prefered. Proven ability to create and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Strong experience with email marketing, WhatsApp, marketing automation, and CRM tools Deep understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools Experience with landing page creation, CRO, and lead capture strategies Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) Hands-on and self-sufficient, comfortable managing campaigns from start to finish.
