Dive into data—deep : GA4, Tag Manager, dashboards—analyze, interpret, and continuously tweak campaigns. A/B test like a boss : experiment with creatives, copy, landing pages—and turn winners into wins. Budget & bid like you own it : maximize ROI, control CAC, and hit (or beat) KPIs—every dollar counts. Pitch and persuade : craft clean, data-backed reports and pitch performance strategies to clients or stakeholders with confidence. Stay ahead of trends : test new channels, tools, and tactics—and share fresh ideas with the team. 🛠️ What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years in performance marketing —you've driven real results, ideally across multiple channels and industries.
