Role Description

Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of

  high-budget campaigns

  across Meta & Google Ads.
• Own and drive

  CAC, ROAS, MER, and revenue growth

  targets.
• Scale budgets profitably with a focus on sustainable unit economics.
• Conduct deep

  audience research, funnel analysis, and competitor benchmarking

  .
• Build and execute structured

  A/B testing frameworks

  for creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce

  high-performing ad content

  .
• Analyze data and present

  actionable insights & growth strategies

  directly to leadership.
• Mentor junior team members as the performance marketing function expands.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years

  of proven experience in Meta & Google Ads (E-commerce / D2C is a must).
• Prior experience scaling

  fashion, apparel, or lifestyle D2C brands

  (mandatory).
• Demonstrated success managing

  ₹20L+ monthly ad spends

  with profitable ROAS.
• Strong knowledge of attribution, CAC, ROAS, AOV & scaling strategies.
• Advanced analytical skills; strong command over reporting & data interpretation.
• Strategic thinker with execution speed, capable of scaling campaigns independently.
• Strong communication & leadership skills.
