🔥 What you’ll do:

• Own multiple client accounts

  – you’ll be the pioneer behind planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and more.

• Build and lead a rockstar team

  – mentor teammates, delegate with ease, and grow their skills as we scale.

• Turn data into decisions

  – dig into Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM dashboards (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce), uncover insights, and drive campaign lifts .

• Balance budgets like a pro

  – allocate spend across channels, optimize CPC/CPA/ROAS, and maximize client ROI.

• Stay ahead of the curve

  – run A/B tests, explore emerging platforms, adjust strategies, and always bring fresh ideas .

• Collaborate cross‑functionally

  – work with creative teammates, content writers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution.

• Own reporting & client-facing communication

  – present insights, forecast budgets, and maintain transparent communication with clients.

🛠️ Must‑have skills:

• 5–7 years in performance marketing or digital paid campaigns

  , ideally agency-side or managing multiple high-impact accounts.

• Hands-on experience with ad platforms

  : Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, programmatic DSPs.

• Data & analytical aptitude

  : Excel, SQL (nice‑to‑have), Google Analytics / GA4, Tag Manager.

• Budget-savvy

  : you know how to slice budgets smartly and maximize ROI.

• A/B testing & CRO mindset

  : always testing, iterating, optimizing.

• Strong communication

  : client-facing confidence, clear storytelling with data, presentation skills.

• Team builder

  : you’ve scaled/cultivated junior talent before, giving guidance and sharing best practices.

• Bonus certifications

  : Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, GA, HubSpot, Salesforce.
