Turn data into decisions – dig into Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM dashboards (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce), uncover insights, and drive campaign lifts . Balance budgets like a pro – allocate spend across channels, optimize CPC/CPA/ROAS, and maximize client ROI. Stay ahead of the curve – run A/B tests, explore emerging platforms, adjust strategies, and always bring fresh ideas . Collaborate cross‑functionally – work with creative teammates, content writers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution. Own reporting & client-facing communication – present insights, forecast budgets, and maintain transparent communication with clients. 🛠️ Must‑have skills: 5–7 years in performance marketing or digital paid campaigns , ideally agency-side or managing multiple high-impact accounts. Hands-on experience with ad platforms : Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, programmatic DSPs. Data & analytical aptitude : Excel, SQL (nice‑to‑have), Google Analytics / GA4, Tag Manager. Budget-savvy : you know how to slice budgets smartly and maximize ROI. A/B testing & CRO mindset : always testing, iterating, optimizing. Strong communication : client-facing confidence, clear storytelling with data, presentation skills. Team builder : you’ve scaled/cultivated junior talent before, giving guidance and sharing best practices.
