Performance Marketing Manager

Merch & Tales is a fast-growing digital marketing agency under parent company, Unified Sports. We partner with leading brands to deliver services across performance marketing, social media, branding, website & app development, and media production.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance-driven strategies.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including budget allocation, targeting, creatives, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates to ensure maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
• Develop remarketing, retargeting, and funnel optimization strategies to nurture leads.
• Provide weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in running paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of tracking mechanisms, conversion pixels, and attribution models.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Experience in sports/entertainment/consumer brand domains is a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver under deadlines.

Work Details:

• Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Schedule: Mon–Fri (Work from Office), Sat (Work from Home)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
