We are looking to hire a full-time Lead - Data and Analytics role who will be responsible for overseeing the data and analytics initiatives within the company. This role will focus on leveraging data to provide insights that drive strategic business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, a strong understanding of the consumer goods industry, and the ability to work through partners to deliver our transformation agenda.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.Oversee the collection, storage, management, and analysis of large volumes of data from various sources.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing best practices in data governance and compliance with relevant regulations.Be conversant with modern BI architectures and leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data solutions. This role involves delivering technical support, diagnosing and resolving system issues, ensuring seamless operations, and assisting users with DMS and SFA applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, distribution, internal IT, and vendor teams to address business-as-usual (BAU) challenges, manage user access, and uphold data accuracy. Strong problem-solving abilities, technical proficiency, and the capability to train end-users on system functionalities are key to success in this role.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. DMS Support & TroubleshootingProvide first-level support for DMS-related issues encountered by sales teams, distributors, and other stakeholders.Troubleshoot system errors, data discrepancies, and integration issues with ERP/other sales applications.Escalate critical system issues to the IT team or external vendors when necessary.2. User Training & DocumentationAssist in training distributor staff and internal teams on DMS functionalities and best practices.Prepare and update user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.Conduct periodic refresher training sessions to improve system usage efficiency.3. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused L1 Support Engineer to provide first-line IT support for infrastructure and application-related issues. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution, ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing tools. Log, categorize, prioritize, and escalate issues following ITIL best practices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues for end-users. Perform basic troubleshooting for Windows OS, Office 365, VPN, printers. Assist with password resets, user account management, and access provisioning. Support enterprise applications, including troubleshooting common user issues. Maintain and update Knowledge Management System (KMS) with resolutions for common IT issues. Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams and external vendors for escalated issues. Follow IT security and compliance guidelines while handling user requests. Monitor IT systems and provide basic infrastructure support as needed.
