Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Events Associate eager to grow in the events and experiential marketing industry. This is an ideal role for a young professional with a flair for communication, relationship management, and a passion for events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior BD team in generating leads, developing proposals, and managing client accounts.
• Support pitch preparation, including presentations, creative briefs, and costing sheets.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain CRM databases and follow up with leads to drive conversions.
• Participate in on-ground event execution when required.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales/client servicing in events, marketing, or media agencies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work in a collaborative environment with multiple departments.
• Organized: Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Learning Mindset: Willingness to travel and learn hands-on event execution.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or a related discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
