We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Communication Designer / Visual Content Creator to join our creative team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams, bringing new concepts to life through compelling visual content. Key Responsibilities: Photography and Videography: Use your photography and videography skills to capture visually stunning content that aligns with our brand and vision. Prior experience in these areas is required. Video Editing: Possess knowledge of video editing tools and software, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Premiere and After Effects. Creative Direction: Collaborate with the art director and marketing team to bring creative concepts to life through short-form, shareable moving image content. Moodboards and Storyboards: Create moodboards and storyboards to visualize and plan the execution of each project, seeking approval from the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). End-to-End Delivery: Manage projects from initial briefing to filming, editing, and the release of creative assets to stakeholders. Visual Aesthetics: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic and identity for film and moving image content across various platforms. Video Editing and Photo Retouching: Provide video editing support for day-to-day needs and assist with photo editing and retouching as required. BTS Shoots and Internal Requests: Support the production of behind-the-scenes shoots for mainline campaigns and assist with internal short film requests, such as new collection presentations and sustainability updates. Content Framework: Manage the content framework and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders. Skills & Experience Required: Strong portfolio of stills and/or video content - Excellent on the craft and detail Strong Photography and Videography skills along with creative conceptualisation Excellent skills in Video editing . Creative art direction High proficiency in photoshop , understanding photo editing , Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Premiere and After Effects. Strong social media video capabilities and skills in photo editing/retouching. Innovative mindset with a keen understanding of social media creative trends and the ability to contribute fresh ideas. Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion Familiarity with social media platforms, including best practices, asset specifications, restrictions, and content guidelines. Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines, and changing priorities. Open-minded, with a sense of humor and a fun-loving attitude, along with strong communication skills. Flexibility and willingness to travel when necessary.
