Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting all activities aimed at achieving the store's business objectives while fostering an exceptional service culture. Your responsibilities will encompass operations, loss prevention compliance, human resources management, and visual merchandising presentation. It is essential to uphold high integrity in all aspects of your work and serve as a dynamic and inspiring leader known for your strong relationship-building skills with both external and internal clients. As the Store Manager, you will act as an Outhouse Ambassador, representing the brand and advocating its values and ambitions within the marketplace. Your role as a manager will involve contributing to the growth and maintenance of the client portfolio by enhancing the overall performance of store teams concerning Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes coaching team members, setting challenging objectives at each stage of the clienting process, and ensuring data capture, contact ability, prospecting, client outreach, re-purchase, and top-tier client engagement and retention are effectively managed. Key Accountabilities: Business Leader: - Drive and maximize sales performance to meet sales budget objectives while maintaining operational integrity. - Analyze monthly store performance, including competitor analysis, to identify trends and opportunities. - Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting mystery shop goals. - Manage stock levels, communicate with key business departments, and align with new product launches. - Train associates on product knowledge and brand strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals. - Communicate KPIs and develop strategies to achieve performance standards. Performance and Talent Management: - Conduct coaching sessions with associates to review performance and provide feedback. - Establish performance goals and development plans for all employees. - Recruit and retain high-performing team members and ensure a consistent onboarding experience. - Manage staff resources effectively to drive sales and enhance customer service. - Collaborate with HR for employee relations matters. Client Development: - Utilize a top client strategy to retain and develop high potential clients. - Promote brand awareness through community outreach and events. - Deliver superior customer service to increase customer loyalty. - Implement CRM initiatives and monitor customer data for personalized client development. Launches and Clientele Development: - Implement clientele programs and initiatives in-store. - Develop a clientele mindset among team members and monitor performance. - Recruit new clients and focus on prospect conversion. - Coach sales staff on clientele skills and service standards. - Develop new client initiatives to drive clientele activity. Operations: - Collaborate with various departments while enforcing company policies. - Manage store expenses and maintain operating budget. - Ensure compliance with loss prevention measures and inventory control. - Oversee merchandise requests and shipments, maintain visual merchandising standards. - Organize company assets according to guidelines. Key Requirements: - 6-7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury industry. - Deep understanding of luxury business, customers, and products. - Strong team management skills. - Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Ability to analyze reports and drive positive customer experiences. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Passion for the fashion industry. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
