Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to lead paid

digital campaigns for Outhouse. The role is focused on customer acquisition,

retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies while maintaining the

exclusivity of a luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Drive qualified traffic and conversions for e-commerce and offline stores.
• Manage budgets, bids, and ROI to maximize efficiency of ad spends.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and present actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaigns with luxury brand standards.
• Build remarketing and retention strategies to engage high-value customers.
• Stay updated with performance marketing trends and best practices in luxury retail.

Requirements:

• 36 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget paid media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Ads Manager and attribution tools.
• Ability to balance data-driven decision making with luxury brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
