Job Summary
As an Senior EPM Lead on this team, you will lead and participate in delivering various customer engagements, including assessments, requirement gathering, solution design, implementations, support and optimizations. You will work independently on enhancement, development and issue resolution and ensure the timely delivery of project artifacts. You will provide direction, mentoring, and support throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate closely with customer and internal teams to ensure a successful EPM solution.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver customer EPM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate closely with business partners and technical teams to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable EPM solutions
- Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot complex business rules, configurable rules, integrations, and automations
- Provide ongoing mentorship and knowledge sharing to project teams, supporting their professional growth and capability development
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination with customer stakeholders, driving projects to successful completion on schedule
- Stay current with Oracle EPM cloud technology, industry standards, and best practices, recommending improvements and innovations as appropriate
- Conduct periodic assessments and optimization engagements to help customers maximize the value of their EPM investments
- Deliver project documentation and artifacts on time, in compliance with customer and Oracle standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or MBA in Finance
- At least 4 years of extensive hands-on experience with TRCS
- Strong functional knowledge of financial processes and EPM platform capabilities
- Expertise in TRCS configurations, metadata, data forms, tax calculation business rules and data validations
- Understanding of financial statements, industry, statutory and/or other reporting requirements.
- Understanding of detailed Tax Provision calculations and reporting.
- Demonstrated development of CBCR across multiple jurisdictions for statutory filings.
- Experience in delivering Tax Reporting Workflows and related ETR KPIs and Dashboards.
- Working knowledge of FCCS insertion/configurable rules, Equity Pick-Up, Enhanced Org by Period, Journals, and Ownership Management
- Experience building EPM integrations using Data Integration, Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rules, SQL, and EPM Automate
- Hands-on scripting in at least one of Batch, Python, or PowerShell
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly master unfamiliar technical or business concepts with minimal supervision
Good-to-Have
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder, and project management skills
- Familiarity with Service Requests (SRs), Request for Change (RFCs), and My Oracle Support
- Working knowledge of Essbase

- Have I handled TRCS metadata management, including managing hierarchies, validating dimension structures, and handling metadata imports through EPM Automate or EPMA?
- Have I supported TRCS close and reporting cycles, ensuring data reconciliation between TRCS, FCCS, and ERP systems for accurate tax provisioning and disclosures?
- Can I translate tax process requirements into EPM design solutions, collaborating with finance, tax, and IT teams to align TRCS configurations with global tax reporting standards?
- Am I proficient in writing, modifying, and troubleshooting TRCS rules, custom integrations, and automations using tools such as Groovy, SQL, or EPM Automate?
- Can I troubleshoot and fix out of balance data issues in TRCS and FCCS?
- Can I assist cusotmer with their re-org related requirement in entity dimension in TRCS and FCCS?
- Can I enables features like EOBP, Equity pick-up, DSO in FCCS application?
- Can I troubleshoot and fix metadata realted issues in TRCS and FCCS?
- Can I develop automation using Pipeline?
- Do I have hands-on experience scripting solutions in Batch, Python, or PowerShell to automate EPM processes?
