Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead the execution and performance of our franchisee network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing store launches, optimizing operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic support to franchise partners. Key Responsibilities Franchisee Opening & Execution Lead the end-to-end process of new store openings – from site inspection, pre-opening checklist, vendor coordination, interior execution, stock planning, licensing, to final launch. Franchise Network Oversight Supervise operations across all EMEDIX franchise outlets ensuring consistent execution of SOPs, branding standards, and customer service protocols. Operational Excellence Monitor and drive store performance metrics including sales, margin optimization, stock availability, and service efficiency. Team Leadership Manage and mentor the field operations team including managers, logistics executives, and purchase coordinators. Compliance & Quality Control Ensure all franchise outlets operate within pharmacy regulations, licensing norms, and EMEDIX brand standards. Franchise Support & Relationship Management Act as the key liaison for franchise owners—providing operational guidance, resolving escalations, and driving long-term success. Process Improvement & Reporting Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and maintain accurate reporting systems for management review.
