Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the BPO/Call Centre, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting performance targets.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions that align with company goals.

Job Requirements :

  • 15-25 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
  • Strong background in finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams (>500 employees) in a fast-paced environment.
