Role

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Manufacturing: Oversee daily manufacturing operations including

output, quality, WIP flow, machine utilization, and schedule adherence as per demand

and material availability.

• Warehouse & Inventory: Manage complete warehouse operations (inbound dispatch)

with accurate control of 3,500+ RM SKUs and 1,000+ Infra/Marketing SKUs, ensuring

FIFO/FEFO, cycle counts, SAP accuracy, and space/material flow optimization.

• Operational Excellence: Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and automation initiatives; ensure

strong safety and statutory compliance across warehouse and production.

• Manpower & Shift Planning: Optimize workforce deployment across manufacturing

and warehouse with effective shift planning and productivity monitoring.

• Logistics & Dispatch: Manage daily dispatch planning, vehicle allocation, transporter

coordination, ensuring cost-effective operations.

• Cost & Efficiency: Lead cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing,

warehousing, and logistics through process and resource improvements.

• Skills & Tools: Strong in production planning, scheduling, manpower management,

operational execution; proficient in SAP S4 Hana/ERP and advanced Excel for reporting,

analysis, and operational control.

• Leadership & Coordination: Strong analytical abilities, coordination skills, and team leadership capability.
