We are looking for a Senior Market Research Analyst with strong industry research and outreach tooling experience.   Key Responsibilities:Conduct market, industry, and competitive research in the staffing & recruitment ecosystem Analyze labor trends, hiring demand, skill availability, talent-market intelligence, and pricing benchmarks Build and segment prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and similar intelligence platforms Validate and verify lead email data using ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, Rocketreach or related verification services Execute and optimize high-deliverability email outreach campaigns through automation tools like Smartlead and email campaign platforms such as Instantly Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, open %, engagement, and lead response insights to improve campaign ROI Maintain and update lead pipelines in CRM/ATS platforms like Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, and Bullhorn Prepare insight-driven reports, talent heatmaps, competitive intelligence briefs, and strategic presentations using spreadsheets and storytelling decks Provide actionable recommendations to leadership and sales teams for account targeting and data-backed decision making Required Skills & Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related discipline Minimum 1+ year of experience in Market Research (Staffing/Recruitment/HR services preferred) Hands-on proficiency in: LinkedIn Sales Navigator (lead research & market filtering) ZeroBounce / NeverBounce (email validation & hygiene) Smartlead / Instantly (campaign execution, sequencing) Email campaign analysis and deliverability optimization Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and strategy decks Strong analytical thinking, market mapping, database structuring, and insight communication skills Comfort working full-time from office in a fast-paced staffing environment What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance incentives High-impact research role supporting business and sales growth Exposure to international staffing markets Continuous learning and career advancement
