US Outbound Cold Calling Specialist

Job Description: Note: Please do not apply if you do not have US calling experience. We are looking for a motivated US Calling Executive with at least 1 year of experience in US calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional phone etiquette, and the ability to engage effectively with US clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to clients/prospects in the US. Handle client inquiries and provide relevant information. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions. Achieve daily/weekly targets as assigned by the team lead. Collaborate with the team to improve calling strategies and processes. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of US calling experience is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Confidence in handling objections and engaging clients professionally. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
