Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Market Research Analyst located in Hyderabad. The Senior Market Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and gathering and interpreting data. The role involves providing insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions. Daily tasks will include market analysis, preparing research reports, and collaborating with other teams to understand market dynamics and customer needs. Responsibilities Conducting various research studies, including qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods, and historical, to evaluate brand perception, awareness, and equity among target audience segments and stakeholder groups. Designing and executing customized, ad hoc research tailored to the client's unique requirements. Evaluating the performance and effectiveness of communication and marketing efforts in alignment with the client's strategic priorities. Developing benchmarks, providing market and competitor insights, and proposing data- driven solutions using market research. Assisting in the creation of detailed target audience personas. Analyzing existing data to uncover trends and opportunities for strategic improvement. Delivering thorough analysis and actionable recommendations, including executive summaries, white papers, and presentations as required. Qualifications Market Analysis and Market Research skills Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Proven Research capabilities and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Proficiency in data analysis tools and software Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field A track record of effectively analyzing large data sets.
