Job Title: Senior Market Analyst Life Sciences & Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Market Analyst with a strong background in IT services industry and deep expertise in secondary research for client organizations, in the Life Sciences and Healthcare vertical. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, client strategies, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and align them with HCLTech's service offerings. It is important that the candidate is self driven and results oriented, proactively identifying and prioritizing accounts and research reports based on impact and in collaboration with the sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth secondary research on target accounts, focusing on:
  
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis of clients business.
  
• Financial performance and revenue streams.
  
• Technology roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.
  
• Business priorities, strategic investments, and growth areas.
  
• Competitor analysis.
  
• Identify Key stakeholders in customer organization
  
• Analyze industry trends in Life Sciences & Healthcare (Biopharma, MedTech, Payer, Provider).
  
• Develop account intelligence reports and executive briefs for leadership and pursuit teams.
  
• Map client opportunities to HCLTechs portfolio (IT services, digital, engineering, cloud, data, and consulting).
  
• Support RFP responses and proactive proposals with market insights and differentiators.
• Collaborate with sales, presales, and domain experts to shape go-to-market strategies.
  
• Maintain a repository of competitive intelligence and thought leadership for the vertical.
  
• Present findings through dashboards, presentations, and strategic reports.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Life Sciences & Healthcare industry (US and Europe markets).
  
• Expertise in secondary research tools (Draup, Factiva, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gartner, IDC, KLAS, Beckers, etc.).
  
• Ability to interpret financial statements, market forecasts, and technology trends.
  
• Proven track record of creating compelling research reports, with potential opportunities mapped to your company's service offerings.
  
• Excellent analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Attributes

• Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) and strategic account planning.
  
• Familiarity with digital health, cloud, data analytics, and regulatory trends in Life Sciences.
