Senior Manager / General Manager Sales & Marketing (Integrated Facility Management)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for IFM services (Soft Services, Hard Services).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across various sectors (Corporate, IT Parks, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Admin Heads, Facility Heads, Procurement teams).
  • Lead tender documentation, RFP/RFQ responses, and pricing proposals.
  • Strengthen brand visibility through marketing campaigns, digital presence, and participation in industry events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Facilities Management; MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
  • 12–20 years of proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development within the

    Integrated Facility Management (IFM)

    , Property Management, or Real Estate services industry.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial role, leading sales strategy.
  • Deep industry knowledge with a strong professional network of clients and key decision-makers.
  • Proven expertise in the full sales cycle, including

    tender processes, RFP/RFQ responses

    , and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong closing skills.
