Visit us here to find out more: www.rmindia.co.in Responsibilities Summary AR Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end receivables processes. This includes overseeing the debtor accounts, supporting collections, reducing aged debt, assessing credit risk and ensuring accurate financial reporting, while leading or mentoring juniors in AR team. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily AR operations including cash and debt management. Monitor outstanding debts and ensure prompt collection of overdue payments. Investigate and resolve customer disputes or payment discrepancies in coordination with internal departments. Prepare regular reports including monthly debtors’ reports, cash forecasting and collection status updates and aged debt analysis to senior management. Lead credit control team in day-to-day activities, providing guidance and training as needed. Support month-end closing activities related to AR including account reconciliation and journal postings. Assist in audit activities by providing documentation and explanations related to receivables. Assist in developing and implementing improvements to credit control procedures and systems. Minimum Qualification and Experience Proven experience in account receivables with at least 4+ years of experience Strong understanding of credit risk management and cash collection strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and analytical thinking. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Qualifications Degree in Finance , Accounting or a related field .(Desired) Experience What’s in it for you?
