Visit us here to find out more: www.rmindia.co.in Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager - Finance - General Ledger to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the General Ledger function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and providing valuable insights to support business decisions. General Ledger Accounting: Journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and account analysis. Ensure the accurate and timely posting of all financial transactions to the General Ledger. Monitor and reconcile all balance sheet accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts. Financial Reporting: Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by management. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS). Internal Controls: Maintain and improve internal controls related to the General Ledger function. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Automate manual processes wherever possible. Experience CA/ ACCA/ CMA Qualified/ Semi qualified 4+ years of experience in General Ledger accounting Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting principles. Experience with ERP systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and organized. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. What's in it for you? What’s in it for you?
