Job Summary:

HR Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business goals, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Business Partnering:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to translate business strategy into HR priorities and initiatives.
  • Organizational Design & Development:

  • Support restructuring and change management efforts; lead initiatives to optimize organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Workforce Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, monitor HR performance metrics, and assess the impact of HR programs.
  • Talent Strategy:

  • Design and drive strategies for leadership development, succession planning, skills gap analysis, and performance management.
  • Change Management:

  • Champion change initiatives and promote a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):

  • Support the development and execution of DEI strategies across all levels of the organization.
  • HR Project Management:

  • Lead and manage strategic HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a strategic HR role.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Proven experience with HR analytics, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing change effectively.
