Senior Human Resources Manager

As an experienced Human Resources professional with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between management and employees by effectively addressing demands, grievances, and other issues. Your key responsibilities will include managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. You will also be involved in developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to ensure a positive working environment. In this role, you will oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, assess training needs, and implement and monitor training programs. You will be required to report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics while ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. The ideal candidate for this position must possess a Master's degree and have a total of 10 years of relevant work experience. Fluency in English is required for effective communication. The work location for this full-time position is in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, and the schedule is a day shift with additional benefits such as Provident Fund and yearly bonus provided.
