Ā·Ā Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Ā·Ā Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
Ā·Ā Analyze HR metrics and report on key trends (e.g., attrition, absenteeism, training impact).
Ā·Ā Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for mid- to senior-level roles.
Ā·Ā Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure quality hiring and resource planning.
Ā·Ā Manage performance appraisal processes and succession planning initiatives.
Ā·Ā Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Ā·Ā Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Ā·Ā Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages growth and transparency.
Ā·Ā Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
Ā·Ā Oversee internal and external training programs.
Ā·Ā Evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives.
Ā·Ā Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Ā·Ā Maintain up-to-date HR documentation and audit readiness.
Ā·Ā Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ā·Ā Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ā·Ā 4ā5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2ā3 years in a senior role.
Ā·Ā Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ā·Ā Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ā·Ā Proficient in HR software (HRMS/ATS), Excel, and reporting tools.
Ā·Ā Experience in change management and organizational development.
Ā·Ā Certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
Ā·Ā Exposure to HR practices in industry IT, manufacturing & healthcare.
