Qualifications & Requirements: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · 4–5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a senior role. · Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. · Proficient in HR software (HRMS/ATS), Excel, and reporting tools.
