About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and driven HR Recruiter with proven experience in hiring across SAP and ERP domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in sourcing and closing candidates across technical and functional SAP modules. You’ll play a vital role in building high-performing SAP teams by managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and delivering a top-notch candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand SAP-specific hiring needs and create clear job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback coordination, offer management, and onboarding
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other strategic channels
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for niche SAP roles
  • Conduct preliminary HR assessments to evaluate candidate fit
  • Coordinate with technical interviewers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely interview processes
  • Track and report hiring metrics and ensure SLAs are met
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and follow up through all stages of recruitment
  • Stay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market intelligence in SAP hiring


Must-Have Experience in Hiring For:

  • SAP Accounting & Tax
  • SAP Order to Cash (OTC)
  • SAP Procure to Pay (P2P)
  • SAP Finance Developer
  • SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services)
  • SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
  • SAP PI/PO (Process Integration / Process Orchestration)
  • SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)


Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of relevant recruitment experience with a strong focus on SAP/ERP domain hiring
  • Excellent understanding of SAP roles, skills, and terminologies
  • Proven ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to meeting deadlines


Nice to Have:

  • Experience hiring for global SAP roles
  • Familiarity with contract hiring in addition to permanent placements
  • Understanding of recruitment analytics and dashboard reporting
