Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source and screen candidates through portals, references, and social media.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process for new employees.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with accounts.
  • Support employees with HR-related queries and issues.

3. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity (as applicable).
  • Prepare HR letters – appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving, etc.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits.

4. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and training sessions.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and support a healthy work culture.

5. Performance & Policy Implementation

  • Assist in performance management process.
  • Ensure company policies are followed across departments.
  • Maintain discipline and assist management in HR decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
