Job Description

Position:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for all company divisions, including project sites, head office, and various business units.
Work closely with
department heads and project managers
to understand manpower requirements, job descriptions, and timelines.
Source and identify qualified candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct
initial screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Handle
recruitment for technical, engineering, and field positions
across multiple project locations in India.
Manage
offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities
to ensure smooth joining of selected candidates.
Maintain and update the
recruitment MIS
(manpower status, hiring trackers, and offer reports) on a regular basis.
Ensure a positive
candidate experience
through timely communication and follow-ups.
Partner with management to improve
recruitment strategies
, reduce turnaround time, and optimize hiring quality.
Stay updated on
industry hiring trends
, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights to support strategic workforce planning.
