Senior HR Recruiter

Job Title: White Collar Recruitment Executive Company: CAIT Edusys Pvt. Ltd. Location: Akurdi Pune Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented White Collar Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level corporate roles across industries. The ideal candidate should have experience handling white-collar mandates, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding client requirements to onboarding. • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. • Conduct telephonic and video interviews to assess candidate fitment. • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles. • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and hiring timelines. • Maintain candidate data and hiring records in internal trackers/ATS. • Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management or clients. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 1–4 years of experience in white collar or corporate recruitment (BFSI, IT, FMCG, Manufacturing, etc.). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), and social recruiting. And google sheets. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to meet hiring deadlines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): • Experience in bulk white collar hiring or corporate talent acquisition. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Knowledge of HR compliance and onboarding processes. Salary Range: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
